I think that we could now suggest regional names. The Constitution allows either each region or the Senate to determine the names. I think that we should get names for the regions immediately, instead of waiting for a Senate to get elected. Also, each region should determine the rules for its gubernatorial elections. Therefore, I propose that the voters each region do form a regional convention to make such determinations.
Can we please just get the consitution past, before we start decusssing regional conventions...come on people...
