Aww, I was hoping Boxer would run again. She deserved to be senior senator for at least a few years.

If Boxer retires, then Democrats would want Kamala Harris or Tom Steyer, the businessman. Republicans would want Devin Nunes, Darrell Issa, and not Tim Donnelly, the former minuteman that lost the California governor's primary to Neel Kashkari in 2014.

Republicans have no chance in California no matter who they nominate (especially in a presidential year) but I'd love to see Darrell Issa run so he'd no longer be in the House.
