This would actually be normal most election cycles. For some reason this cycle everybody is announcing late.

Most people want to wait until April 1st due to it being the start of the fundraising quarter. Why that wasn't the case in past election cycles, I'm not sure.

Meh, 6.8% chance Cruz doesn't run. I think we need some sans Cruz GOP primary polls just to be safe.
