Amazing job at undoing the damage of the last decade, and his crackdown on the Air-Traffic Controllers was a great move to keep public-sector unions from holding the country at gunpoint. His economic record was a bit more of a mixed bag, and he definitely made some mistakes in his dealings with the Contras. Still, the best since Eisenhower.
