so what you're saying is that your itty bitty feelings ought to override years of proper research into trans issues when policy? That's clearly a very sensible thing to do...

I know that you're a kid who's probably lived a rather sheltered life and has never knowingly met a trans person IRL so I can't be too harsh. However; if a law like this was passed in your state (not likely) and you saw him come out on the womens toilet (that you'd shove him in) after your hypothetical wee sister was in, would it not make you raise an eyebrow? The guys not causing any harm and would never do anything, but thanks to the law that you support you make him look very odd for people who do not know that the guy is trans, which would be pretty much everyone since that guy passes perfectly. That's what the main effect of these laws will be: they'll put transwomen at risk from the sort of sexual harassment that you're worried about happening to cis women, while also putting transmen at risk from being believed to be the scary men that you're scapegoating trans people as; which could cause them physical harm and possibly get them in trouble with the law for the crime of wanting to have a wee.
I think that a lot of the misguided opinions on this is somewhat because of people simply not knowing any trans people, and its always much harder to scapegoat a group that one does not know.
