Ahmm, you know that there is just a council election in June? The next governor election is in August...

Assuming DemPGH wins the Presidency, the vacancy will be there (don't know the rules over whether or not there will be a special).

Yep there will be a special, but the constitution states that candidates can declare only after the Pacific Justice declared a special election, 36 hours before this special election takes place.
This declaration is for the regular election in August.

He's ocasionally been a Councillor in the Pacific throughout the last year, less ocasionally also posted in a Council thread.
