If you want an eventual agreement to be signed by the Senate, the 31st of March is I would think not enough time.
Otherwise, I don't support changes to 1a and 1b, but support the ones to 1c.

These changes seem sensible to me, and they do not really change intent or nature of the bill, so I will support this amendment.
