I am pleased to sign this bill. The draconian ban on incestuous marriages (which under the previous clause, also somehow extended to distant relatives) was a disgrace in our region, which is well known for its civil liberties.

If anyone needs any further proof how much this fantasy simulation has gotten carried away with whacko ideas and legislation, one need look no further than this abomination.

Why on earth pollute the good legislation and ideas presented on this board with this insanity?

I think you're confused. This bill doesn't set the age to be able to watch pornography at 14, it merely clarifies a bill that got rid of the NE's legal age to view pornography altogether. I assure you, I would not have voted for this bill if it increased the porn viewing age to 14.
