Pawlenty isn't running in 2016.  If he'd done better in 2012, or if he'd been picked as Romney's running mate, then there's a good chance he'd run again.  But that didn't happen, so I'm pretty sure he's done.  He's becoming a lobbyist for big banks:

Not exactly the kind of career move made by someone who's seriously contemplating a run for national office in just a couple of years.
