Yeah, Jindal and Kasich have the worst name recognition of anyone on that list.  Most likely followed by Walker.  That's why they're at the bottom of the list.  These polls are largely just measuring name recognition.  Obviously, if a Jindal or a Kasich actually managed to, say, win Iowa or come close, then they'd be near the top of the national polling the next day.
