However, Santorum says that he'll announce his 2016 plans on May 27th, just a few days from now. It's widely expected that he'll announce that yes, he is running. Of course, he's at about 1-2% in the polls right now, and could very well crash and burn, and be out of the race by August. But for at least that brief window of time that includes his candidacy, will Keystone Phil return to this magical place?
