Since Bauer has endorsed Huckabee before, there's a good chance he'd do it again. Having the governor's endorsement would give Huck a leg up in the always closely watched SC primary.
Then again, past endorsement is no guarantee of future endorsement. Sanford himself went from backing McCain in 2000 to remaining neutral in 2008.
