Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and Narendra Modi first spring to mind.

I expect some could argue Oliver Cromwell, but I think his genocide of the Irish puts him beyond the pale.

Don't get me wrong, I think morally he's a sh*tstain. Nobody can defend the riots and his online cult attempting to do so makes me cringe.

But I think in a non-ethnic way he has a lot of potential. His goals - especially infrastructure building, rural electrification and the massive expansion of renewable - are entirely respectable and pragmatic.
