Attlee both times - he was a better human being than the Presidents and had more far-reaching reform.

Eisenhower, again, beats the psycho Eden and the failed peacetime leader and probable war criminal Churchill.

JFK trumps Macmillan, who meant well but led a fairly lacklustre and corrupt government (aside from on housing and decolonisation).

Wilson beats Johnson, for obvious reasons.

LOL at Nixon vs Heath. One of the dislikable sets of match-ups. Amazingly, I'm giving this to Nixon (!) even if I do loathe the man.

Callaghan was less shambolic than Carter (lol), Reagan was far superior to Thatcher and Major beats Bush Sr.

Blairs first term was relatively godly and far better than anything Bill Clinton ever did; and even after 2001 imnumerately better than Dubya. Brown (who you missed) was also far better amidst the economic crisis than the useless bush.

Obama is a million times better than Cameron.
