Which would beg the question - why would the US want what would swiftly become a magnet for organised crime, money laundering, trade in illicit items etc in the middle of its territory? (unless you're proposing this is like a state on the moon or something) I mean the corporations already have Delaware for the classy skulduggery, I'm sure they don't need AnCapTopia.
