Instead of being a strategist or promoter of ideas, she just can't help but attack the GOP instead at every opportunity.

She's a Democratic hack, though that is kind of her job.

That's really it. I don't care what kind of damage she does to the Democratic Party.

There's a difference though. Normal NC chairs are cheerleaders, like "yeah we'll win" in addition to a strategist. DWS, on the other hand, is an outright supremacist. Everything to her is about attacking the GOP on an almost unhinged level and is almost like a cult leader in her absolute devotion to the Democratic Party, versus a Howard Dean or Terry McAuliffe that served to boost morale, but never come across like they personally hated Republicans, made them out to be subhuman at every opportunity, and acted like they wanted the other party to outright go extinct.  

Just look at any interviews. Whenever she gets a tough question, she always pivots to attacking Republicans, like it's almost cathartic to her.
