Political Matrix Series: Question 2

A change has been made to the series. You now have two votes. You first select the option that best represents your opinion (Agree, Usually Agree, Neutral, Usually Disagree, or Disagree), and then you select either the "Critical Issue" or "Not a Critical Issue" options. If a majority chooses the "Critical Issue" option, I will check the critical issue box on the P.M. quiz, and I won't if a majority chooses the "Not a Critical Issue" option. The goal of this series is to find the average Atlaisan P.M. score.
