Alright, I'll make a last minute adjustment to my prediction, even though I'm totally shooting in the dark here.

Crazy Fortissimo 48.3%
Can't Twist the Quist 47.1%
Wicks 4.6%

I could definitely see Quist pulling this off, but I think yesterday's story broke just a little too late for him to win.
