Bill will probably cause Hillary some trouble, considering 2014 showed that he is anything but helpful these days, but I don't think he'll sink her singlehandedly.

Ron Paul was ignored or greatly downplayed by the media in '08 and '12 (fact), but with the threat of him running 3rd party removed, he should get more attention assuming Rand uses him on the campaign trail. He will likely cause some trouble due to his positions on health care and hard drugs unless he can stay quiet on those issues, but he won't sink Rand singlehandedly.

I know nothing about Cruz's dad, so not commentimg there. Dubya knows he'll be unhelpful and will stay off the campaign trail and refuse to speak at the convention. However, Jeb will need to establish clear differences between himself and his dad, and if he fails, then there will be significant damage that may sink him singlehandedly.

So, Dubya is the winner, followed by Bill, then Ron. Rafael is unrated until further notice.
