Flake is my new favorite Republican Senator.

I was thinking the same thing, though there's still a good chance he's opposed.

I guess you could say that his potential support his flaky at best.

Murray should be the leader, Schumer does not represent the party and Durbin is boring.

It will definitely reach 34, the question now is whether it will reach 41.

Of the remaining undecideds, I think the only ones to really be worried about are Wyden and Casey. I believe they will probably vote against the deal, but I don't see anyone else going along with them.

Sen. Casey (D-PA) is a yes. Filibuster looks possible...

Wow, this is a big Yes vote. A filibuster looks very likely at this point.

Why wouldn't they vote for a filibuster?

Cardin is a No, Bennet is a Yes. Now 38-3.

Which of the Senators supporting the deal will not vote for the filibuster?

Only Cantwell is left, though Reid will need his procedural maneuver to work assuming some Democratic Senators don't support the filibuster.

MoveOn is trying to make sure Blumenthal votes against cloture (I got an email). I wonder if their concerns hint at something...

Coons isn't going to vote for cloture. Ballgame?

That would bring the Democrats to 41, an additional Democrat would need to vote against cloture.
