I've actually worked as a staffer for a Congressional Democrat... The DNC is not going to give the keynote to a Democrat in a Senate race the party will win no matter what. There is nothing to gain and only people to antagonize.

There's a rumor that the TX Democratic party sent out this tentative schedule of speakers for the DNC:

Monday - Elizabeth Warren
Tuesday - Bill Clinton and Bernie Sanders
Wednesday - Barack Obama and the VP nominee
Thursday - Hillary Clinton
