I'm guessing his ceiling (unless dead bodies are found in deblasios crawlspace) is around 30-35%?

Raymond Kelly, Carl Person, or Lee Zeldin makes more sense. Of course, the former two would have to be convinced to become Republicans, though. Kelly is popular, Person could win the independents and is a Giuiliani-like attorney, and Zeldin could help with the Jewish vote.
Zeldin is from long island not NYC

If the de blasio investigation has legs it could make a path to victory for a republican plausible if unlikely
