Dana Bash is claiming that this guy is handing out "Never Trump" buttons on the RNC floor?

Is that safe? That doesn't sound like a safe thing to do.

Has she been historically wrong on this kind of thing? I have followed politics for a long time, but I'm newer to using CNN has a source.
She tends to speculate before any solid evidence comes out
