edited the post above a bit.

I'm pretty psyched, I completely didn't realize I'd get an extra army this turn.  Look out, I got plans for it already.  Or Do I?

I've received everyone's build orders, so I'll post them here now and update the map after I get home tonight.

It wasn't quite necessary, but now we know Smiley

France looks a lot less scary on my practice maps now.

Good. Following focus group testing and discussions with our PR people, France decided to rebrand itself as the 'cool' and 'friendly' nation. Smiley

Your ad failed among notable key demographics: Turks and Italians under 35

Yeah I just realized that, I forgot that units can cut support even when they're attacked.

Alas.

Now, some interesting developments:

France is going to take Greece, but the poor country only has three fleets to cover the entire Med.  Smiley

Turkey  will either find a home or be destroyed

Russia's army situation in central Europe is 5:2

The Italian peninsula is getting crazy.  I absolutely never had a Bur->Mar move in any of my maps.  Kind of bizarre move since that exposes Munich (when it would have been safe).  I don't know how I feel about this, but it looks like it'll be a bare-knuckled brawl down there.

Odd moves Jas.  Seems like you prioritized destroying Turkey (whom you must hate!), and setting up a position to put a stomp on Italy over maximizing your SC's.  Now, how do I get my fleet from Livonia to the Med.?

To be fair to Erc, my understanding was that Venice was to upport my move to App   His move might have still failed, but at leas Nap and my dignity would have still been held Smiley

My fleet in Napoli being destroyed is so absurd

I thought you'd attack Liv, but then I thought that you'd think that I thought you'd attack Liv and would go for Pru instead.  Gamble fail.

Also expected Jas to attack Trl to make it impossible for me to defend my line.

Smid, any chance you could give us general ETA's?

Like, do we need to submit orders tomorrow or just sometime this weekend?

It'd help a lot since I'm on break as well and need to allocate time away to study the map and figure out how to completely destroy Lewis and Jas Smiley

I thought for sure Jas would try and backtrack into Armenia to help Lewis push into my North!  Well, I didn't know for sure, I was just suspicious

Cheers - I'm on my parents' computer (ie - no Realpolitik) so I'll log on via my laptop later tonight and upload that map update for the retreat then. To the Baltic, if my memory serves me correct?

word.

This game could get either really interesting or really boring really soon, stay tuned

I probably won't be able to send moves since it's my birthday and I got better things to do.   I didn't prepare in advance because I'm an idiot, natch
