Stevens should've bowed out gracefully when he had the chance.

His election is justification for him to insert any delays he wants to into the process, to switch the trial over to favorable waters in Alaska, and possibly get cleared in time to win in November (unlikely).

It is odd that Cubby cannot compete with an indicted opponent.
