It's going to be nice when the good Republican voters of California give this woman a nice thrashing by voting for Sanchez!

Don't count on it, and don't count on this not firing up the base and putting her far over the top on the coast.

I mean, that's not too bad for a worst case scenario...

Which is exactly why it's unlikely. Republicans (who are laughable minority now) aren't going to enthusiastically turn out for two lefties just because one is slightly more moderated than the other.

Those still determined to vote could very well split up given Sanchez' gaffes and those who are pro-choice will like these actions taken by Harris. This is also unlikely, but not out of the question.

Also, the white non-far-right and other minority votes are going to favor Harris.

No, Sanchez won't win based on this, she'll win based on gross structural incompetence from the Harris campaign should things go that way in the fall.
