I hope this isn't meant to imply that every Southern state is worse than New Jersey, LOL.  I mean, you hail from one.

Anywho, NJ seems fine ... don't know much about it besides Jersey Shore, it's the most affluent state, it's like 80% suburbs and the JERSEY DEVIL.  Won't judge until I can step foot there.  With that said, going TOTALLY off stereotypes here and people I've met anecdotally, I find East Coast pushiness very, very offputting, and I would likely stick out like a sore thumb given my Midwestern reserved nature.

No, that would be Iowa or Nebraska.

Both of those states are great states with nice people, fun towns and healthy economies.  Both also have a lot less poverty, social problems and overall racial tension than Georgia, so I'll take 'em anyday of the week.
