I expect she would, I feel Julian Castro is on the shortlist for potential VP's.

I feel like Julian speaking at the DNC2012 shows that the party is slightly higher on him than Joaquin. both will go far I believe. Also at the moment Julian has executive experience, despite it being as a mayor, which is one thing Hillary lacks.
