Yes but not by as much as people would think. Pennsylvania is a Democratic battleground state or even a toss up that votes Democrat if all things are equal. However, internally it's still very conservative.

As for your state of Tennessee, like I said it's more conservative than our state, but not by the amount people think unless you're only looking at presidential elections.
