Such a "free" state over there on the left. I mean really who the hell has ever needed water? Why not cut it off completely?

Yet I'm sure his governor's mansion has water flowing just fine. Now Democrats would pee their pants if a private water company limited water supply, but if one of their own does it for political purposes my goodness that just makes it ok.
