1. 1995-96  Bulls: 72-10 nuff said and would have gone 15-1 playoffs if not for 2 buzzer beaters
2. 1985-86 Celtics: 40-1 at home, Bid, Mchale, Parish at their peak
3. 1971-72 Lakers- 33 wins straight
4. 1986-87 Lakers- Magic, Kareem , and Worthy at their peak
5. 1964-65 Celtics; Russel Dynesty at Peak
6. 1990-91 Bulls: Unstoppable at end of season and playoffs(15-2 including sweeping their arch nemisis the bad boy pistons)
7. 1988-89 Pistons: Most physical team ever,
8.  1982-83 Sixers: 12-1 playoffs swept Magic and Kareem lakers in finals
9.  2000-01 Lakers: Best playoff record ever but had weak competition
10. 2013-14 Spurs: Best Average Win Margin in playoff and finals victory

I'm pretty sure that the 14-15 Spurs have been eliminated from contention. They might not do much in the Finals. Wink

My bad I meant 2013-14 Spurs

>87 lakers out of the top 3
>2014 spurs over 2008 celtics
>valuing stats over actual play
>not putting the 87 lakers as the best lakers team
>no '71 bucks

2014 Spurs would take down 2008 celtics in 6

The Spurs probably were the best passing team since the 1980s

Spurs had a tougher road to title then Boston

Dallas>>> Atlanta
Blazers> Cavs
Thunder< Pistons
Heat< Lakers

Spurs were 12 man deep that year the Celtics were 8-9 men deep(Starters except perkings, House, Posey, Brown)

Spurs won by much bigger margins

1. 85-86 Celtics (won in a much tougher league than the 95-96 Bulls, deeper roster)
2. 95-96 Bulls (diluted league, struggled in the Finals against Seattle)
3. 86-87 Lakers (Magic said this was his best team, end of discussion)
4. 00-01 Lakers (Shaq and Kobe at their peaks, dominated the playoffs)
5. 62-63 Celtics (placeholder for all the Celtics teams from the '60s)
6. 04-05 Spurs (Duncan at his peak)
7. 82-83 76ers ('fo fo fo)
8. 92-93 Bulls (apex Jordan)
9. 71-72 Lakers (severely diluted league)
10. 70-71 Bucks (see above)

04-05 Spurs would lose to the 2013-14 version who basically were much deeper, much much much better offensively while the 04-05 Spurs are just a little better then the 2013-14 Spurs defensively. 1990-91 Jordan was better more hungrier and that Bulls team thoroughly dominated tougher competition.

1991 New York> 1993 Atlanta
1991 Boston> 1993 Clevelend
1991 Detroit> 1993 Knicks
1991 Lakers< 1993 Suns
