So, Trump was in town today and my work was FILLED with his supporters, and some of them FLAT OUT said they wouldn't tip our servers because they were Asian and that they didn't see a point in giving their money. Oh and there were these guys who wore short shorts and shirts that spelt "TRUMP WILL BUILD THE WALL"

I've had a Beta fish for about a year now, but today I surrendered him to a local pet store. I will be getting a golden retriever puppy in a couple weeks which I am extremely excited about. While I have enjoyed my fish, I know he won't get very much attention and would rather let him have the opportunity to have a better home. Bittersweet day.

So....I bought $300 worth of textbooks for my classes this semester....USPS said they delivered it to my front door, yet when I got back home from work, they weren't there....either they never delivered them or they got stolen.

So...I might be getting hit by Hurricane Matthew Thursday and Friday, right now we're projected to have 100% chance of rain with winds between 35-50 mph possible. They have been increasing the wind strength since Friday night's projection.

After the nightmare of that last Hurricane that just rolled through Tallahassee, I sure hope this one stays the hell away. The power will take a year to come back on.

They have been moving the projected path further and further to the west, which is terrifying us here.

Just checked the forecast for Thursday and Friday, we're going to get 40 mph winds Wednesday and up to 65 mph winds here in my neck of the woods, each time they update the forecast it gets worse and worse for us guys.

EDIT: they just updated the forecast for Friday, we're now expected to get winds between 65-85 mph with gusts to 100+

E-EDIT: Updated it AGAIN, we're now expecting winds between 70-90 mph with gusts possible to 120+ mph Friday

At 11:00 pm, 12 minutes ago, they updated Hurricane Matthew's path....and moved it even closer to our shore, Mandatory Evacuations are under way in Cocoa Beach's Islands.
