I generally oppose weakening labor unions, but it's not clear to me why having an industry-wide union is necessary and/or beneficial for employees. After all, it's not like we have industry-wide employers.

After much thought, NAY. I'm still very uncertain about this bill, and overriding a presidential veto demands complete certainty on the part of the legislature. In that case, I defer to the judgement of the president.
