I follow and follow thier 3rd party scenario instructions, can get them to work, must fix, need help

Dwnload the file to desktop, extract the file, copy it to the scenarios folder, add its name to the scenarios text file with the / at the end.

Basically everything the site says for you to do

If the files are in xml, it's PF+F.
