Rate Wyden-Ryan Medicare Plan on a scale of 1-10(DON'T CLICK HOW YOU WOULD VOTE)

I love Wyden, and think he is great at attempting to come with bipartisan solutions to major problems/issues (Healthcare, Tax Reform, etc.). But while there are a few good provisions, this would first NEVER pass the House without the abolishing of many key provisions of Medicare, nor does it adequately address the major problems of Medicare, while adequately protecting poorer elders.

I would vote no without systemic changes.
