This is a bill that has been proposed IRL by a Republican Congressman, and I feel it to be an incredibly useful part of increasing transparency and civic engagement. Atlasians deserve to know where their money is going, whether they agree with it or not. I think that every Atlasia should be able to know, without having to research extensively, what money goes where, how much, and then get engaged because of where and why.

I'd love questions on it, but it seems to be relatively self-explanatory.
