It is if they have to make it public knowledge to complete strangers, absolutely.  It is an in your face statement against celibate homosexuals, ex-gays, et al.

Not flaunting = not making it public knowledge. The vast majority of straight people do not make sure you know they are straight.

Ask Mr. it Gets Better Dan Savage, who thinks the use of that term is okay, and said he wanted all Republicans to die.

"Coming out" in today's society makes one rewarded.  Frankly, there is a privilege associated with "gay pride" now.

I'm not sure why it's been deemed OK to bully Christians.

What a well reasoned argument! I guess we need to ban Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day, and Oktoberfest because those all loud, non-family friends(lots of booze), and party type events!
