I'm not sure if I'll vote "aye" on the amendment itself, but the amendment in its current form is completely useless.  All that this amendment is doing is turning it into an actual amendment.  If it gets voted down, I'm going to resubmit it as a standalone amendment, so you might as well vote for it to save us time. Tongue

Oh sorry, I thought this was on the final passage, ugh Tongue
