Did y'all not even read the top of the article?  It says local businesses donated the money for the cards.  This seems like a kind gesture to me.

I would like it more if it wasn't promoting the unhealthy habit of drinking coffee.
Mild dosages of caffeine are relatively harmless.  I find a good cup of coffee or cappucino (sp?) very energizing some days.
