What makes you say that?  Kemp is a much better speaker and much more intelligent than Bush.  He'd also fare better in cities, get more of the lower-income vote, and get more of the African American vote.  I could see Kemp winning Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan,  and Pennsylvania.
