After the successful Sanders Revolution of 2017, I suspect Weaver will work his way into a position of great power, while Devine will increasingly be viewed as an enemy of the state and an revisionist of true Sanderian doctrine. Eventually, Devine will be forced to flee for his life, while Weaver begins enacting widespread purges of those associated with him. Mark my words, "insufficient vigilance" will be the phrase on everyone's lips come the 2030s.
