This is really good, I know people that have received and excellent education at their local charter school after failing in their public schools. We need to end the cap and open more vocational schools to support our trades.

Charter schools need very strict oversight if we're going to fund them.
Otherwise, I'm skeptical, but I'm going to have to do more research.
Still stuck in the unions pocket, I see.
