If Stephen F. Lynch or Michael Capuano runs for Governor, Patrick lives in a town of 27,000 people(Milton). Milton is mostly Lynch's district(about 7/10 precincts*). However, Patrick could just move into the district of whichever one of them runs for Governor if he doesn't live in their district.
