Is there a reason that there is a waiting time to register here?

Back in the old days, sock making was more successful and didn't automatically lead to a ban. Kalwejt was never banned for instance and Hamilton made a sock and was not banned for that (he was later banned but not for that particularly sock). So it was probably introduced as a way to discourage to the creation of fake accounts to alter an election. OF course you also have to be registered seven days to vote.

PiT would no better as the change was made sometime after joined. At one time it was increased to as much as 14 days if I recall correctly, before being dropped back down to bring in new members. There was also a 75 post requirement that was likewise dropped.
Yes, but from what I'm hearing, Atlasia is dying, and I don't think a waiting period makes much sense anymore. For example, I only joined this week and, under the current rules, won't be able to register until Monday, July 13. I can wait that long, but I don't really want to.

Well, now you have a policy proposal for when you run for office.
I guess I do.

New Register:

Northeast, CR

X NHI
NHI your already registered as a voter in the North as a Federalist I will chance your registration to CR but I am not sure  where you want to move to if anywhere, you will need to specify a state, instead of a region. Anyways the Northeast is now part of the new Northren region.
Except Delaware.
