Watch the entire clip.  Bill spends thirteen minutes talking about this, he's completely right and brilliant as usual.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xW5T4JHZJfU&nohtml5=False

Funny watching all you white kids listen to whatever the furthest-left most-attention-starved black professional protester on Twitter tells you, and then go out and call the Clintons racist because they put away the black criminals, drug dealers and gang leaders who were destroying black neighborhoods, which the civil rights leaders and black community leaders were begging them to do.  All you see is the color of their skin.  Black people in prison?  Must be because the Clintons are racist.  If you looked past their skin color you would see that putting these drug dealers and gangsters back on the streets would only cause more black deaths.

But you don't actually care about black lives, or this would be obvious to you.  What you and BLM actually care about is the power that comes from being able to be judge and jury on racism in America, in this instance because that power lets you attack Hillary for being married to someone you have deemed a racist.

“I’ll tell you another story about a place where black lives matter: Africa.”
- Bill Clinton

“You are defending the people who killed the lives you say matter. Tell the truth.”
- Bill Clinton

“Hillary spent her time trying to get healthcare for poor kids—and who were they? Their lives matter.”
- Bill Clinton

“I don’t know how you would characterize the gang leaders who got 13-year-old kids hopped up on crack and sent them out into the street to murder other African American children. Maybe you thought they were good citizens—she didn’t.”
- Bill Clinton

Jesus Christ. What are the odds we don't see Bill on the campaign trail again during the primary?

This is the stupidest post.  Let me give Atlas the context for each of those quotes.

Africa:  Bill told a story about how Hillary has a big fan club in Dar es Salaam because in 2009 she fought hard for an HIV/AIDS aid package that saved the lives of thousands of Africans.

Tell the truth:  Hysterical screaming bitch said Bill was a racist for putting murderers behind bars because those murderers were black.  Bill points out that they were murderers who killed other black people.

Healthcare for poor kids:  Not even sure why this quote is in here.  Hillary created the Childrens Health Insurance Program, which expanded health coverage for millions of black children and undoubtedly saved thousands upon thousands of black lives.

I don't know how you would characterize...:  No context needed.  Bill is just right.

This election cycle is just insane.  The mainstream democratic party position now is that the murderer crips and bloods are good citizens who should never go to prison, because they're black, and that anyone who disagrees is a racist.  Bill is getting criticized by the mainstream of the party and the media for disagreeing with this position.  What a year.

Allusions to the "all lives matter" shtick
So now it's not enough that just saying "All lives matter" is racist, even implying that any life over than a black life matters is racist.

Implying that protesting his legislative actions that led to massive incarceration spikes equates to supporting THUGS, CRIMINALS and CRACKHEADS, because those are the only people who were affected
because those are the only people who were affected
What do you think crime is?  Who do you think was affected?  The only controversy seems to be low-level or nonviolent drug offenders.  Whether or not you think they're actually criminals, they certainly committed a crime.  If they do get let out of jail I hope that instead of going back to destroy black communities, they come hang out on your sheltered suburban street corner and sell drugs to your children and destroy your community.  Maybe that would change your view about whether or not it's racist to call them criminals.

"We helped poor kids! You're all poor, right? See, we helped you there!"
This is so stupid it makes my head explode.  He never said "you're all poor, right?", you put that in because you desperately want to hear Bill Clinton say racist things so you can boil over with hatred.

Suggesting that Africans and African-Americans are one and the same, and that by helping those poor, wretched masses halfway around the world, African-Americans should be grateful for that, and that it's somehow relevant to anything the protesters are saying
I think you'll find the slogan is "black lives matter"
Regardless, you're accusing Bill of being a bigot and a racist.  I'm pretty sure that if you're a racist you hate black people no matter where they are in the world.

The bill was to punish people for being criminals. Not to punish people for being Black.

Literally the only ones equating Black people with criminals are the BLM activists, who seem to think that all Black people are criminals, and thus an anti-crime bill is an attack on all Blacks.

If you did your research you would realize that the bill disproportionately imprisoned blacks in the 90s. This was Clinton's attempt to look "tough" and bring the super predators to heel.

Please find me the language in the bill that explicitly targets blacks, or even a single quote from the Clintons that explicitly (not made-up voodoo racism like "she said superpredators and meant blacks!") targets blacks.
