Which candidate have the most effective/ineffective super pac thus far?

And if Jeb drop out, what exactly will happen to his super pac's money?

I heard a few went rouge?  What exactly happened?

Lastly, with Sanders on the left and Trump on the right.  Will there be any reform in regard to money in politics after this cycle.  Or the American people in general will have short term memories and forgot about it.  (Yes, Sanders is sincere and passionate on the issue.  And Trump's rhetoric is way more self interest.  In case, someone chew on me about this.)
