The guy is the dictionary definition of a perennial candidate. He's run for:

State Senate in 2004
Secretary of State in 2006
US Senate in 2010
NV-4 in 2012
NV-3 in 2016

The guy is a modern-day Harold Stassen but without a victory.

I'm quite impressed by his lack of shame. I don't know how one can show their faces after five (or even three!) losses, particularly when 3 of these weren't even close.

His dad was a famous basketball coach. That's it.
