You have to wonder why Republicans are spending more money on New Hampshire, a tiny state, than North Carolina or Pennsylvania. I really think they'll get caught flat-footed in both states.

Lame strawman. In 2014 Democrats were obviously outspent if you include dark money. This is also about advertisements, not total spending.
