My opinion of this bill is that it is a little bit too restrictive, and think that abortion after this time should be legal, as long as the patient gets the approval of at least 2 other doctors.

Okay. I think this bill might not pass unless I propose this amendment:

That should decrease the amount of unplanned pregnancies, and thus the number of abortions too. Which will also decrease the amount abortions outlawed from this bill.

Thoughts on the amendment? I'd like Lok to start a vote on the amendment after a nice debate.
