Many, many years ago, Joe Republic ran some of these games. There are very few games around here nowadays, and I think this should happen again.

How This Works

First, you pick a character by submitting some basic information (this is an example):

Name: Lisa Rockowitz
Age: 43
Party: Democrat
Location: New York, NY
Position: New York State Assemblywoman 2003-11, US Representative 2011-p.
Ideology (in Political Matrix score): S: -6.66 E: -6.66

Then, we run the campaign. "But, LLR, how does that work?" You ask.

First, after both parties get a certain amount of candidates (6, 8, or 10 depending on interest), various Atlasians can chip in endorsements, which will be based on post count.

1 point: 50-500
2 points: 500-1000
3 points: 1000-5000
4 points: 5000-10000
5 points: 10000-30000
6 points: 30000+

Based on those points, you can receive tokens, which will be spent on campaigning. I'll get into more details on that after we start, but you get more tokens based on how you perform, and you, of course, accumulate delegates as well.

Ok, I'll do it.

Name: Michael Andrews
Age: 50
Party: Republican
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Position: Governor of Virgina 2006-2010, Vice President of the United States 2013- (president declined to run again)
Ideology: Libertarian Conservative

I think VP is gonna make it a little unfair, but Governor is fine.

If I re-jig Crockett Jr's bio will you let him run??

Not sure what you mean but sure, so long as you still have 1 candidate

I thought you weren't 100% with him being an ex-Mayor of Miami, so I can always amend his bio to be more electable for Miami or just not have him serve as Mayor at all.

I'd consider making him the republican nominee for mayor in 2000 if i were you, but I basically don't care
